Who is responsible for your data
West Mids Finance Limited is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website. Enquiries are handled personally by Sandy Hunter.

What we collect
When you use the enquiry form, your email application opens with a message addressed to us. Nothing is stored on this website. We receive only what you choose to send: typically your name, email address, company and the description of your situation.
We use that information to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage the engagement. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry, and contract where an engagement is agreed.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Engagement records are kept for six years to meet accounting and tax obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies unless you accept analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time by clearing site data and reloading the page.
If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. Google may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* and receives your IP address in truncated form. We also use Google Search Console to see how the site appears in search results; it does not set advertising cookies on the site.
If Google Ads conversion tracking is enabled, the same consent controls whether advertising cookies are set. No advertising or analytics scripts load before consent.
Who we share it with
Analytics data is processed by Google as our processor. Otherwise we do not sell or share personal information. We may share information with professional advisers or a lender only where you have asked us to and with your agreement.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent for analytics at any time.

Change your cookie choice
Clear this site's data in your browser settings and reload the page. The consent banner will appear again and no analytics will load until you accept.
